節水抗旱 嘉南平原二期稻作供9停7

台灣8月沒有颱風，曾文、烏山頭水庫進水量少，兩水庫蓄水量僅剩3億9千萬噸，加上9月進入枯水期，降雨機率大減，嘉南農田水利會昨舉行抗旱會議，決定嘉南平原二期稻作採供水9天停灌7天節水因應。

今年8月沒有颱風，曾文水庫集水區累積雨量僅及往年的4成，再不降雨，恐會影響明年民生及灌溉用水，水利會昨天上午召開緊急抗旱會議，邀各水利工作站人員開會，決定節水措施。

管理組長謝勝賢指出，8月颱風季卻出現無颱狀況，是多年來罕見；全台最大水庫曾文水庫集水區8月累積雨量僅400毫米，較往年少了600毫米。

由於曾文和烏山頭兩座子母水庫總蓄水量3億9千萬噸，較往年少了1億5千萬噸，加上9月起至明年5月，南部將進入枯水期，降雨機率大減，嘉南農田水利會擔心如再不降雨，將影響嘉南灌區今年秋冬、明年春季雜作及一期稻作灌溉，提出節水方案。

為節省用水，謝勝賢表示，即日起水利會將採供水9天停灌7天節水措施，首波可省下約2800萬噸用水。嘉南水利會長楊明風籲請民眾未雨綢繆，共同抗旱。
