​蘇格蘭獨立公投　外交部：對林克穎案影響不大​

蘇格蘭獨立公投明登場，幾項最近民調顯示，反對獨立派小勝支持獨立派，但差距還比上次民調再更少。由於蘇格蘭司法部長上月1日批准英國愛丁堡地方法院判決，酒駕撞死我國人的英商林克穎須引渡來台服刑，林克穎隨後提起上訴，外界擔心蘇格蘭獨立公投是否會影響林克穎案後續審判？我外交部官員今天強調，蘇格蘭獨立公投對林案影響不大。

外交部官員解釋，目前蘇格蘭獨立公投還沒有結果，縱使獨立公投通過，蘇格蘭要成為真正的獨立國家，走完整個程序需要整整1年半時間，林克穎案目前進行到二審階段，若蘇格蘭真正獨立，屆時林案應該就已經宣判完成，公投案對案件影響不大。（陳培煌╱台北報導）
