國壽公告買地　市議會舊址機率大

繼三商美邦人壽昨日公告、國壽今天也公告將投資國內不動產，2家都未透露投資標的，房仲猜測可能是下周二將公布的市議會舊址地上權招標，底標金額60億元，另一標的可能是位於南京東路3段的宏盛大樓。
 
市議會舊址位於忠孝西路與中山南路，土地面積6695平方公尺，緊鄰台北車站周邊商業中心，距離立法院、監察院與台大醫院都很近，目前為中正分局所使用。
 
宏泰人壽與捷運局合建的宏盛大樓位於華航總部斜對面，樓高20層，總興建面積1萬2918坪，開價200億。不過房仲業者分析指出，最近開放單層投標，很可能是壽險公司沒興趣買整棟，才會開放給一般投標者買單層辦公室。（林巧雁／台北報導）
