【壹週刊】士兵換哨落海死　海軍判賠280萬

在高雄左營軍港服役的20歲海軍一兵姚泰源，前年1月28日凌晨，準備前往碼頭換哨，卻落海死亡。姚的父母認為海軍在碼頭旁放置廢油櫃，阻礙通行；沿岸邊也沒設置扶手、欄杆，燈光照明不足，才害兒子溺斃，因此一狀控告海軍司令部，要求國家賠償。

台北地方法院一審認定海軍有疏失，判決應賠償姚的父母645萬元，海軍不服上訴二審。高等法院本週宣判，認為姚發生意外，本身也要負部分責任，海軍只需賠償280萬元。 （點我看更多）
