信義夜店殺警案 　3未成年踹警一腳

信義偵查佐薛貞國遭圍毆致死案，直至今天上午警方共逮捕主嫌及共犯27人，昨天警方拘提4名四海幫共犯，其中3名未成年，是搭乘犯嫌陳軍冶的車輛前往現場，3人中有人踹了薛一腳，偵訊後將3人移送少年法庭，並交由家長保護管束，另一名四海幫成員林宥承19歲，警方將他拘提到案後，今天下午移送地檢署偵辦，複訊後獲10萬元交保。
 
警方調查：林宥承為四海幫分子，是跟隨大哥周譽騰前往助陣，他聲稱到場後只在一旁叫囂助陣，並沒有出手毆打偵查佐薛貞國，警方偵訊後仍依殺人罪將他移送法辦。（簡銘柱、余思維、呂志明／台北報導）
