台灣央行今(18)日公布6月底國銀跨國國際債權直接風險總額為2789億美元，較3月底增加6.02%，其中，6月底對中國跨國國際債權(直接風險)餘額突破500億美元大關達520.23億美元(約新台幣1.56兆元)，季增逾30億美元，再創歷史新高，顯示對中國曝險程度擴大。

國銀對中國的曝險金額持續升高，若從最終借款人國別重新歸類後的最終風險餘額觀察，也同樣上揚至926.55億美元(約新台幣2.77兆元)，同創新高，單季大增114億美元。

由於銀行客戶在兩岸經貿往來更為密切下，人民幣存款餘額迅速增加，且人民幣利率高於台幣，民眾也有意願投入人民幣資產，使中國成為國銀最大債務國。

另一方面，央行指出，本國銀行跨國國際債權直接風險前10大國家(地區)依序為中國大陸、盧森堡、香港、美國、英屬西印度群島、開曼群島、英國、新加坡、澳大利亞和愛爾蘭，合計達2156億美元，占我國跨國國際債權直接風險總額77.31%。
