【更新】鳳凰颱風撲台?　8:30發布海警

中央氣象局指出，鳳凰颱風目前速度及強度有增強趨勢，今天上午8:30分將發布海上警報，沿著東部海面北上，估周末對台灣影響最大。

氣象局預報中心主任鄭明典指出，老預報員流傳一個說法，長時間的乾熱，接下來的鋒面或颱風都要特別注意，常會有比預期大一些的雨勢，最近確乾熱了一段時間，加上鋒面和颱風一起報到，得小心因應鳳凰颱風。

今天各地大多仍是多雲到晴的天氣，傍晚有鋒面接近，北部地區將有局部短暫陣雨，東半部地區及恆春半島因鳳凰颱風外圍雲系影響，也會有局部短暫陣雨。

新竹氣象站昨天最高溫達38.2℃，是該站今年的最高溫度，也平了設站以來9月份的最高溫紀錄。今天午前後各地高溫約在33℃到℃之間，北部地區仍有機會出現36℃以上的高溫。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
