全台紫外線過量 加強防曬

環保署空氣品質監測網紫外線預報顯示，今天全台各地紫外線皆均達過量等級，外出應加強防曬。

據環保署空氣品質監測網說明，紫外線指數在8至10間為過量級，曝曬20分鐘就有曬傷可能；紫外線指數在11以上屬於危險級，曝曬15分鐘就有曬傷可能。

今天的紫外線預報顯示，中部、雲嘉南、高屏地區紫外線指數8，宜蘭、北部地區9，竹苗、花東地區紫外線指數達到10，全台皆有機會達過量級。

環保署提醒，民眾在上午10時到下午2時最好減少外出，且應戴帽子、帶陽傘，擦防曬乳、戴太陽眼鏡等防曬措施，以免曬傷中暑。

全國紫外線監測站共34站，由行政院環境保護署（14站）及交通部中央氣象局（20站）共同執行。

此外，空氣品質預報部分，今天台灣西半部及金門地區空氣品質多為普通等級，指標污染物為臭氧和懸浮微粒；台灣北部、東半部、馬祖及澎湖地區空氣品質為良好等級。
