蘇格蘭公投投票率出爐　高達87%

蘇格蘭公投大會剛剛宣布投票率結果，平均高達87%，有些地區的投票率甚至超過9成，預計台灣時間早上10時會有第一波開票結果。

據美國《CNN》報導指出，這次公投特別的是，將投票者的年齡下降，一般選舉規定滿18歲才能投票，但這次容許讓滿16歲以上者就能參與公投。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
