博智研華結盟　股價鎖漲停

博智電子（8155）這次現金增資1億元案，客戶研華（2395）以特定人身分認購2313張，取得博智電子增資後約4.5%的股權，投資金額約7171萬元，市場認為雙方結盟後博智將更加穩固來自研華的訂單，今博智股價以37.85元跳空漲停開出並一路鎖住至收盤。
 
研華入股博智後，將是僅次於仁寶（2324）的第2大法人股東，而仁寶持有博智也會由24.49%降至2成以下。
 
博智電子上半年稅後純益6931萬元，年增80.37%，每股純益（Earnings Per Share，EPS）1.67元。（蕭文康／台北報導）
