空姐不再穿窄裙，威航今發表新制服，捨棄傳統合身套裝，改穿起休閒機能潮裝，並著褲裝，威航總經理隆章琪表示，預計最快11月可首航曼谷，首波將推萬張以上的超優惠機票，號稱將比888元低，最快10月下旬開賣。

另將推出銅板價機上餐點，主打台灣小吃，還有鹹酥雞加啤酒套餐，也僅要200多元，威航表示，機上餐點強調便宜又好吃，價位從40元到250元不等，應是各家低成本航空中最平價的。（李姿慧／台北報導）
