港十一大遊行未獲批准　警：時機不成熟

香港社運團體「民陣」先前針對將在中國國慶十月1日舉辦的「10.1遊行」，向香港警方申請《不反對通知書》，但遲遲未獲批準，香港監警會委員梁繼昌今天(18日)在與投訴警察課代表的例行會議中，質疑警方有「額外考慮」，與會的警方代表、香港北角分區副指揮官賴孝光回應指出，《不反對通知書》的審批按照既定程序處理，認為現階段遊行細節未定，還不是批下《不反對通知書》的成熟時機。

監警會主席郭琳廣表示，目前警方對「10.1遊行」掌握資料不足，還沒決定是否在當日派員監察。另外也有委員在會議上詢問，如果發生「佔中」(佔領中環)，或有未成年的學生衝撃警方防線，是否應作出逮捕。警方表示，若這類衝撃真的發生，才會作出警告和處理。（於慶中／綜合外電報導）
