印尼的峇里島是人間少有的天堂，而峇里島的美食也是不容錯過的。美國有線電視新聞網（CNN）介紹了印尼峇里島的烏布區，為大家分享當地烤乳豬等不容錯過的六道美食。

根據環球網報導，峇里島的著名美食以大量香草和調料入味。以前這些美食主要出現在熱鬧的印度節日上。而如今，無論是小餐館還是高級餐廳都有這些美食的身影，遊客們可以大飽口福了。


烤乳豬

嚴格意義上講，必須用哺乳期中的小豬來做烤乳豬，重約70千克。

一盤烤乳豬飯應包含切好的肉片、幾塊加香烤肉、焦糖豬油渣、以及顏色更深的部分，如脆皮大腸。


金巴蘭式烤魚柳

儘管它不是最具代表性的峇里島菜餚，但在金巴蘭灣的海邊吃烤魚柳已經成為遊客的必選。
