【綜合報導】中央氣象局指出，中度颱風天兔暴風圈擴大，今天凌晨中心位置位於北緯 17.2 度，東經 128.7 度，以每小時13轉16公里速度，向西北西進行。颱風中心氣壓960百帕，近中心最大風速每秒38公尺，瞬間之最大陣風每秒 48 公尺，七級風半徑220公里，十級風半徑80公里。

受對流雲系影響，今天花蓮地區、桃園以北山區及宜蘭山區有局部大雨或豪雨發生的機率，基隆北海岸、桃園以北及宜蘭地區有局部大雨發生的機率，請注意瞬間大雨、雷擊及強陣風。
