【郭寶懃／台北報導】台北市奇岩新社區近期推案多，台北市政府政府也首創將「奇岩新社區」規劃為優質生態社區。

奇岩新社區位於北投區奇岩里，面積約16.88公頃，鄰近捷運奇岩站與唭哩岸站，臺北市政府都市發展局邊局長泰明表示，目前奇岩新社區內已有多筆開發計畫提出申請，相關申請案如有申請容積移轉增加容積的需求，為降低容積移入後對生態的衝擊影響，將請開發案增加開放空間面積及提出更高標準的生態環境回饋措施。

奇岩新社區近期建案每坪開價80~90萬元，知名建案包括「遠雄山綺」。
