王金平保黨權國民黨抗告　最快中午送高院

【劉志原╱台北報導】國民黨昨針對台北地院裁定立法院長王金平暫時保有黨權提出抗告，王的委任律師許英傑，已於今上午9時許至北院領取國民黨抗告書，北院已完成送達程序，最快今天中午，會將全案送高等法院。高院收案後，應在5個月內決定國民黨的抗告是否成立。
