單車「有碼」 偷車賊認栽

昨天晚間10時許，台中市警方在中華路發現黃姓男子(49歲，搶奪、詐欺等前科)，騎著1部八成新的單車，見警靠近趕緊跳下車，神情緊張，警方問他單車何來，他起先謊稱車子是他買的，但卻交待不出在何處以多少錢向誰買的，警方後又在車上發現有烙碼，後來只好坦承車是他偷的。

黃男供稱，2天前在中華、公園路發現該部單車沒有上鎖，就將該車偷走代步，沒想到騎2天就被警方查獲，訊後被依竊盜罪嫌送辦。(朱俊彥／台中報導)
