避爭議　國發會推示範區「懶人包」

避免重蹈服貿爭議覆轍，國發會推出自由經濟示範區懶人包，國發會主委管中閔表示，會盡一切方法對外說明，懶人包也是其中一種方式，「我們也辦過很多座談會，但座談會顯然不是一個接近年輕人的好方法。」
 
管中閔說，懶人包是請年輕人來設計，也曾做過一些細部修改，希望可以讓外界對於自由經濟示範區有更多的了解。（林海／台北報導）
