黑莓鍵盤官司勝訴 愛瘋受挫

加拿大黑莓公司（BlackBerry）控告Typo Products LLC仿冒黑莓手機鍵盤官司勝訴。Typo Products LLC為愛瘋（iPhone）5/5S型手機生產的附加鍵盤將被迫停產。

美國法官奧里克（William Orrick）最近裁定，Typo Products LLC生產的愛瘋手機附加鍵盤與黑莓手機鍵盤極為類似，有侵犯黑莓智慧財產權之嫌，應即日起停止製造。

Typo Products LLC生產的手機附屬鍵盤每只99美元，適用於愛瘋5/5S型手機。

法官的裁決對近年來業務一直不振的黑莓是一大利多。黑莓今天發表一份聲明表示，黑莓公司對這項裁決十分欣慰，同時也可杜絕今後類似的仿冒行為。

Typo Products LLC今天也發表聲明表示，該公司今後仍會持續生產消費者日常生活中不可或缺的新產品。

黑莓手機的實際鍵盤一直是該公司最叫座的產品之一。許多黑莓的忠實用戶都表示，實際鍵盤是他們選用黑莓的原因之一。
