巴勒斯坦 尋求入聯合國機構

（法新社巴勒斯坦雷馬拉1日電） 巴勒斯坦自治政府主席阿巴斯（Mahmud Abbas）今天簽署加入幾個聯合國機構的要求，此舉可能破壞美國正致力推動的以色列和巴勒斯坦恢復和平會談。

阿巴斯在他的雷拉馬（Ramallah）總部一項會議中簽署這項要求後，在電視上表示：「巴勒斯坦領導階層一致通過決定，將尋求15個聯合國機構和國際條約會員資格。」

他表示，「這項要求將立即送交」相關機構。

巴勒斯坦同意在美國國務卿凱瑞（John Kerry）去年7月開始推動的以巴和平復談9個月期間，避免尋求國際機構會員資格。以色列則同意釋放104名長期服刑的巴勒斯坦囚犯做為回報。

但是以色列拒絕釋放最後一批26名囚犯，希望將此做為談判籌碼，將和平談判的最後期限延長至4月29日以後。
