吉林國小地上權案招標　底價4.8億元

台北市財政局與國防部政治作戰局地上權存續年限70年的「台北市吉林國小附近國有土地設定地上權案」今日上網公告，權利金底價4億8千6百萬元，5月20日上午11時截標。由於基地距捷運松江南京站僅約500公尺，又鄰辦公商圈，3月初招商說明會時，廠商參與情況踴躍。
 
該案位中山區吉林路、吉林路51巷口，基地面積約338.1坪，土地使用分區為第2種商業區以及第3種住宅區，容積率為225%，財政局也將在4月15日下午2時舉辦招商說明會。不過財政局副局長張治祥提醒，此案不得移入容積率，也不能作為住宅分割使用權來銷售，因此處人潮眾多，建議開發商可作為旅館用途。（潘姿羽／台北報導）
