小孩猛補鈣 易便祕結石

許多父母憂子女發育輸人,特易讓孩子服用鈣片,但台北慈濟醫院小兒科醫師余俊賢表示,臨床不少案例反而因鈣片補過頭而便秘,每日攝取超過2公克更會增加腎臟的負擔並導致結石。
 
余俊賢醫師建議小孩的鈣質可從日常飲食攝取,而每天日曬10-15分鐘可獲得維生素D,增加鈣質腸胃道吸收率,並多做抗重力運動像是跳繩、慢跑等,可強化骨骼,無論男女在20歲前,都是儲存骨本效率最好的階段,可延後未來發生骨質疏鬆症的發生年齡。(王璐華/台北報導)
