藍再審服貿　綠佔會議室一團亂

立法院內政委員會今早表定審議兩岸服貿協定，朝野都發出甲級動員令，但民進黨立委昨晚就先行佔駐預定舉行會議的立法院群賢樓9樓大禮堂，包括今日清早就以人牆與障礙物堵住大禮堂唯一入口，還以葉宜津等女性立委作第一線，並迫近電梯口，任何藍營立委甫出電梯就被堵住，被民進黨立委高喊先立法、再審查的口號逼回，官員上樓一出樓梯口，也被請回，「今天不用開會了！」

國民黨內政委員會召委張慶忠在1樓受訪說，因為社會都有期待，要趕快逐條、逐項審服貿，下周改由民進黨立委陳其邁擔任召委，所以他才在今天就排審查，這是對社會期待的善意回應。他也說，昨天有不少學生打給他，問他為什麼要排。他也跟學生這樣解釋，「要表達我的善意」。（何哲欣／台北報導）
