不理學生　內政委員會下週審《都更條例》

朝野協商四度破裂，服貿僵局仍無解。國民黨政策會執行長林鴻池下午開記者會說，民進黨不答應不杯葛主席台，不要說立法院長王金平，連神仙都無法化解僵局。林也說，立法院不是只有服貿，還有很多其他民生法案，下禮拜將先排審查重大法案，但會排除爭議性法案，因此下周1內政委員會，會先審查《都市更新條例》修正草案。

林鴻池解釋，《都更條例》因被大法官宣告違憲，4月就會失效，因此要優先處理，但是下周3、4內政委員仍暫時不排議程，視朝野協商結果，也許朝野會同意在內政委員會逐條、逐項審查。

記者會也號召多位女性立委柔情喊話，呼籲學生回家。藍委王育敏說，學生訴求，大家都聽見了，如果學生能在明天329青年節光榮退出戰場，將是學運很好的句點。藍委陳淑慧跟陳碧涵更是語氣哽咽說：「學生這樣，讓大家很心疼，孩子，請趕快回家吧！」（何哲欣／台北報導）
