北韓射飛彈 安理會同意迅速回應

（法新社紐約聯合國總部27日電） 聯合國安全理事會本月輪值主席表示，安理會今天譴責北韓近期試射彈道飛彈，並同意迅速協商適當的回應方式。

安理會應美國要求，針對北韓試射飛彈召開不到1小時的閉門會議。安理會本月輪值主席、盧森堡駐聯合國大使魯卡斯（Sylvie Lucas）會後告訴記者：「安理會成員譴責本次試射，違反安理會決議。」

15成員安理會沒有提出正式聲明譴責北韓，但魯卡斯說，成員國要求她唸出受所有與會者同意的內容。

她說：「安理會成員同意協商適當的回應方式。」她也說，安理會成員同意，「必須迅速」回應。

外交官員表示，美國主管近東事務代理助理國務卿費特曼（Jeffrey Feltman）也在閉門會議提出1份報告。
