千元鈔無亮光膜疑變體鈔　台銀稱：應不是

金門縣何姓民眾日前到台灣銀行領錢後，轉存郵局時發現有一張千元鈔始終驗不過，行員檢視發現，原來是少了防偽設計的「光影變化箔膜」，有收集鈔票習慣的何男經請教收藏家，認為應該是「中央印製廠在製作時漏印」。台銀行員經檢視後確認為真鈔，但「不像變體鈔，可能是其他因素脫落」，若民眾願意可拿到金融機構更換。

看著手上這張「少了光影變化箔膜的千元鈔」，何姓民眾說不管是否為變體鈔，都會保留這張鈔票，畢竟相同情況沒有刮痕沒有破壞痕跡的千元鈔，在台灣也僅發現過幾例而已。資深紙鈔收藏家林永隆說，一般常見的變體鈔票大概可以區分為漏印、複印、裁切移位等20多種情況，不過因為鈔票要出廠都要經過嚴格的審核把關，若還能在市面上發現，都會吸引收藏迷的注意。。（王中聖/金門報導）
