最近蛇蛇我因為某些原因，必需找了個臨時工，工作性質有:領正職薪，工作替代性高，離職率高，大公司體制(一堆人來來去去，這樣我不做了沒人在乎。甚至今天做明天離職也無所謂)，不用啥教育訓練(因為以前我也是班公室人員，所以不能害人浪費人家訓練新人) 於是我去應徵了一家上市上櫃的公司的作業員。在我應徵的時後我故意只寫我高中學歷，以及打工經驗(原本的我只讀到大學外語系，國外回來，最近大部份的工作都是 外銷管理師/歐語秘書)， 我發現原來這家上市公司原來常跑去自家無塵室作業員裡挑選員工，內部初期升遷管道暢通。有幾個大學畢業想不開跑來當作業員的人兩個月後就變辦公室工程師，或者其他辦公室人員。 頗出乎我意料的。 我不知道其它公司是否一樣。但是這也算的上初學者轉職的另一個參考管道。 -- posted from android bbs reader on my samsung GT-I9100T https://market.android.com/details?id=com.bbs.reader -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 39.15.211.81 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1396017671.A.974.html
