世界各地信奉伊斯蘭教的地區，往往嚴格執行伊斯蘭律法，由於主張「以眼還眼」，有些做法十分殘忍。被激進組織「ISIS」控制的敘利亞大城拉卡(Raqqa)，日前傳出一段影片，一名在商店行竊失手被抓的小偷，被拿黑布矇上雙眼後，當街釘上一個大型的木製十字架，鮮血直流，十分恐怖。影片被上傳到各大社群網站，引發全球網友討論。（於慶中／綜合外電報導）
