【更新】凱道群眾若不散　警不排除強制驅離

針對3月30日黑色島國青年連線，將號召10萬人上凱達格蘭大道，中正一分局長方仰寧今早開記者會強調，已經核准該單位的集會申請，將調派2000名警力到場維持交通秩序、民眾安全，也呼籲主辦單位能在申請時間內將群眾帶離現場，否則將依法驅離。
 
方仰寧表示，從30日的0時起，凱達格蘭大道景福門前將進行交通管制。下午1時起整個博愛特區，東起林森南路、西至中華路，南起愛國西路、北至忠孝西路，將試人群數量進行逐步交通管制。為防止有心人士破壞，警方將調派2000名警力及鎮暴水車到場待命，他並再次呼籲參加集會民眾，能理性和平表達訴求。（陳建緯／台北報導）
