全球十大處方藥去年營收756億美元

最新數據顯示，全球賣得最好的十種處方藥去年銷售達756億美元，其中以Humira等治療類風濕性關節炎和自體免疫疾病的藥最搶手。

根據EvaluatePharma旗下EP Vantage的數據，這些藥大多是生物製藥而非化學製藥，以免疫治療和癌症藥物占最多。生產Humira的芝加哥艾伯維公司（Abbvie），過去四年每年靠Humira進帳的收入增加近一倍。Humira已連續兩年蟬聯全球賣得最好的處方藥。

不過FirstWord Pharma執行編輯金恩（Simon King）指出，這十種目前最熱銷藥物推出至今創造的營收，都離美國製藥巨擘輝瑞（Pfizer）旗下立普妥（Lipitor）的1,410億美元還很遠。1996年推出的立普妥年銷售最高曾衝上近130億美元，目前仍是史上最賺錢的藥。
