學生抗爭 賴清德對調動警力有意見

台南市長賴清德上午被媒體問及地方警力配合中央調度問題時，他表示，中央和地方應好好溝通，若要任意的以免除職務要求配合調動，不能接受。

賴清德表示，警政一條鞭，但幾十年來，警察局長的任命，已漸演變警察局長與地方協調，以找出最理想的人選。要進行調動警力或是局長，中央和地方應先好好溝通。

賴清德說，今天若馬總統能夠回應人民的訴求，就不需要調動警力。若是治安維持、救災需求等需求，地方願意調動，但若是比較有爭議的活動，地方需要警力維持治安。

他表示，相信學生有足夠的理性和自理能力，能夠平安地將遊行舉辦完，應不需要太多警力維持秩序，他反而希望中央政府能聽見訴求，速速回應。
