行政院國家發展委員會主辦「e化服務宅配到家」工作圈，推動「主動服務到家」及「跨機關電子查驗」，主動改變政府服務型態，提供民眾更便捷申辦服務。

國發會表示，為回應快速變動的資訊生活型態，行政院已推動「全面推廣政府服務流程改造」，對於服務民眾方式，進行各部會服務流程改造，提供更快速回應民眾需求的新型態服務。

例如，財政部國有財產署辦理「民眾申租案件」等業務查驗戶籍資料，原以公文查調平均作業時間3天，經連結國稅資訊平台執行跨機關電子查驗作業僅需0.5天，縮短作業時間83%。

另外，以彰化縣彰化市公所為例，原申辦「特殊境遇家庭各項扶助」時程為14天，導入行動服務（線上查驗）後縮減為6天，時程縮短57%。

原申辦「中低收入戶資格」時程為40天，導入行動服務（線上查驗）後縮減為20天，時程縮短50%；原申辦「低收入戶生活輔助」時程為30天，導入行動服務（線上查驗）後縮減為14天，時程縮短53%。(中央社)
