壽桃太紅小心!　部分防腐劑超標增致癌風險

要買麵龜、壽桃來祭祖或是參加慶典的民眾多注意，桃園衛生局抽查後發現有部分麵龜跟壽桃違法添加防腐劑。

根據今日出版《聯合報》報導，桃園衛生局抽查的47件食品當中，顏色鮮艷的麵龜跟壽桃，違法添加去水醋酸，也就是防腐劑裡頭的一種，長庚醫院腎臟科醫師顏宗海說，去水醋酸是防腐劑中毒性比較強，長期食用會增加致癌風險。如果孕婦攝取過量還有可能生下畸胎。桃園衛生局請業者盡快改善，也提醒民眾減少挑選顏色過深的壽桃或麵龜。以免毒從口入。（陳詩璧／綜合報導）
