敏感時刻宣傳「探索印度洋」英航致歉

馬航失蹤客機極有可能在南印度洋墜落，卻又苦無任何證據，日前英國航空公司(BA，British Airways)竟在此敏感時刻，以「探索印度洋」(Discover the Indian Ocean)為概念當作最新的宣傳手法，引起國外網友討論，英航隨即撤下廣告，並對該廣告造成任何冒犯道歉。

英航最新的廣告刊登在倫敦尤斯頓火車站的互動廣告看板上，背景是一面藍色的海洋，裡面有幾條魚在游動，然後顯示「遠離工作，探索印度洋」的字眼，有乘客拍下廣告，將照片上載社群網站《Reddit》，引起廣泛討論。

英航發言人解釋，這個廣告早在幾個月前就已完成構思，但也承認廣告在這時間出現確實不適當，因此他們已撤回廣告並就事件致歉。（於慶中／綜合外電報導）
