怕變「陪睡人員」叛逃　女軍官獲輕判檢上訴

軍情局女中尉葉玫因無法適應軍旅，潛逃英國，法院開庭時，她還先怨指再待軍隊恐成「陪睡人員」，後又態度逆轉哭稱對不起國家「都是自己鑽牛角尖」。台中地院本月11日以她經過羈押、偵審程序已獲教訓，輕判10月徒刑、緩刑4年，並須支付國庫20萬元，罰200小時義務勞務，並讓她以5萬元交保候傳，台中地檢署認為法院量刑過輕，今天決定上訴台中高分院。(法庭中心／台中報導)
