與普亭通電 歐巴馬籲俄國撤軍

白宮表示，俄羅斯總統普亭今天致電美國總統歐巴馬，討論美國就解決烏克蘭危機提出的建議，雙方同意繼續進行外交諮商，歐巴馬也敦促俄方撤走集結在烏克蘭邊界的大軍。

白宮發言人卡尼（Jay Carney）發布聲明說，對於美國國務卿凱瑞（John Kerry）本周向俄國外長拉夫羅夫（Sergei Lavrov）提出的這項建議，「歐巴馬總統建議俄國以書面方式作出具體回應」。

他又說，歐巴馬與普亭同意，凱瑞與拉夫羅夫應很快會晤，討論接下來的作法。

正在沙烏地阿拉伯訪問的歐巴馬表示，儘管俄國入侵克里米亞，烏克蘭仍致力緩和情勢，他呼籲普亭支持這種作法，並停止在俄國與烏克蘭邊界集結大軍。
