普丁致電歐巴馬 論解決方案

烏克蘭危機外交解決的希望露出曙光，俄羅斯總統普丁打電話給美國總統歐巴馬，討論美國提出的解決方案，歐巴馬要求普丁用文書的形式、具體回應。

據報導，雙方在電話中交談了一個小時，歐巴馬敦促普丁從烏克蘭邊界撤軍，兩人商定，在近期內派外交部長接觸，討論下一步該怎麼做。

美國提出的烏克蘭危機解決方案，是與烏克蘭以及歐洲國家商討後達成，重點包括在克里米亞的俄羅斯軍隊，退回基地，由國際觀察員擔負起保障當地俄羅斯裔居民安全的責任，俄羅斯當初出兵克里米亞所持的理由，就是保護當地的俄羅斯民族。不過俄羅斯在控制了克里米亞之後，繼續在烏克蘭邊界集結重兵，讓人懷疑，它的野心可能不只於併吞克里米亞。

歐巴馬是在沙烏地阿拉伯接到普丁的電話，沙烏地是他這次出訪的最後一站。
