特勞特續約 6年1.445億美元

在卡布雷拉(Miguel Cabrera)與底特律老虎簽下10年2.92億美元的超級合約洛杉磯天使也傳出將與年資僅2年又70天的外野手特勞特(Mike Trout)，達成6年1.445億美元的續約共識，在球季正式開打前成為焦點。

年僅22歲的特勞特在2011年下半季登上大聯盟，2012年成為美聯新人王，大聯盟闖蕩不到3年，已經轟出62支全壘打、196分打點，打擊率3成14，他在今年球季結束後才會取得薪資仲裁的資格。

不過天使已經決定與他簽下延長合約，要把這位超級新人至少留到2020年球季，每年平均年薪超過2400萬美元，也讓特勞特成為天使繼普荷斯(Albert Pujols)與漢米爾頓(Josh Hamilton)後的第3人。
