收毒販10萬白包判無罪　前法官判12年6月

花蓮高分院前法官林德盛（59歲）8年多前在審理曾姓毒犯刑案期間，因父喪透過吉安分局前偵查小隊長王文俊牽線，收受毒販妻10萬元白包，將有罪的曾姓毒販改判無罪，曾姓毒販偷渡中國，前年3月死在對岸，曾妻不甘被法官等4人多次詐取近100萬財物憤而檢舉。花蓮地院上週五審結，依貪汙治罪條例、洩密等罪將林德盛判處12年6個月有期徒刑，併科罰金120萬元，褫奪公權6年。

同案被告王文俊（55歲）則被判10年有期徒刑，併科罰金40萬元，褫奪公權4年。另居中擔任白手套的前法官林德盛女友陳燕華（40歲）則被依共同貪汙罪處8年有期徒刑，併科罰金20萬元褫奪公權2年。（李光濱／花蓮報導）
