油檢體獨漏郭烈成　專家：誤導餿水油安全

國內爆發餿水油風暴，衛福部食藥署昨公布油檢體檢驗結果，檢體獨漏郭烈成的餿水油，專家學者批食藥署抽樣不全面，誤導民眾以為餿水油安全無虞。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，林口長庚醫院臨床毒物科主任顏宗海強調，檢體獨漏郭烈成的餿水油，不排除郭「動手腳」添加不明物質，降低酸價、苯芘濃度，食藥署應續驗原料油，並做長期風險評估追蹤。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，清華大學化工系教授、消基會檢驗委員會委員凌永健認為，「這份檢驗報告一點意義也沒有」。台灣食品科技學會秘書長許輔說，食藥署從後端檢驗，一點意義都沒有，衛生單位應與檢調針對郭烈成收集廢油再製的原料、過程，才能訂定檢驗項目。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
