標題[問題] 婚假問題

我跟我老婆是今年4月辦理結婚登記的，預計明年年底才會宴客 目前由於工作關係所以分隔兩地~明年過完年後她選擇離職換到我現在的縣市工作 關於婚假部分，老婆現在的公司並無規定要用結婚登記日期或是宴客日期為主 基本上只要提出結婚證明都可以請8天假~ 但目前還我們還沒有度蜜月的計畫，若現在申請過了可能跟他之前的特休假一起請完變成 提早離開公司但薪水照算到月底，不過等要度蜜月時可能就沒有多的假了!! 想問若她在現在的公司沒有申請婚假是否到新的公司任職時還可以根據宴客日期再申請? 麻煩有經驗的人幫忙方析一下，感謝!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 61.223.10.186 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1410196720.A.D31.html ※ 編輯: samcher (61.223.10.186), 09/09/2014 01:36:40
