日本美容業黑幕 女員工陪睡搏藝人光顧

日本美容行業表面風光，背後卻隱含黑暗和腐敗。當地從事美容行業的年輕人因工資低，經常被公司剋扣工資，部份年輕女員工被迫出賣身體賺取外快，甚至跟明星經紀人上床，希望找藝人做「活招牌」。

日本《週刊金曜日》最新一期揭露美容美髮業的黑暗面。報導指出，剛入職的員工普遍工資低、工時長，且工作量多，晉升機會少。不少女員工為求升職，在老闆面前爭取表現，不惜出賣肉體拉攏明星經紀人，希望他們安排旗下的藝人光顧，增加公司知名度。

報導指出，這行業最受欺壓的是助理學員，雖然他們從實習學員至助理僅跳升一級，且工資增加不多，但工作量遠超預期。除此之外，助理平均工資過去7年由3萬2700元台幣增至約4萬元台幣，完全追不上通脹；加上部份無良僱主以教導員工為由扣除工資，更讓年輕員工感到前路茫茫，迫於無奈出賣肉體。 （國際中心／綜合外電報導）
