凱瑞會歐盟外長有成　歐盟認敘為化武攻擊元兇

【綜合報導】歐盟7日共同發表聲明，以目前所獲得的證據顯示，上月21日在敘利亞大馬士革的化武攻擊，幾乎可以確定就是敘利亞政府所發動，同時強調未來對敘利亞的任何軍事行動，仍須等待聯合國相關報告出爐後再做決定。
 
美國國務卿凱瑞7日風塵僕僕的飛往東歐，與歐盟外長舉行會議，會後歐盟外長同意，所有的證據確實指向敘利亞就是發動上月21日化武攻擊的元兇，這也是歐盟首次取得對敘利亞議題的共識，聲明中說「敘利亞該為化武攻擊負責」，並期待聯合國調查報告盡快完成，以昭公信。
