春節疏運首日出包 高鐵誤逾2萬人

今天是高鐵春節疏運第1天，近傍晚時卻因道岔異常，嚴重誤點，是高鐵營運8年來，首次春節疏運出包，共延誤約2萬3000人。

台灣高鐵說，台北與板橋間道岔異常是發生在下午5時53分，晚上7時4分排除異常。在排除異常前，為了讓列車通行，道岔被鎖定，列車須減速行駛，造成後續列車都嚴重誤點。

台灣高鐵到晚上10時30分最新統計，總共有40班列車延誤，包括南下21班、北上19班，約2萬3000名旅客受影響。

台灣高鐵說，有24班列車延誤超過30分鐘，未達1小時，旅客可退車資半價；有7班列車延誤超過1小時，旅客可全額退費。旅客也可選擇不限乘車區間的半價或全價兌換券。
