歐盟祭制裁　19俄軍高層與議員中箭

歐盟今天新增對俄國與親俄分子制裁名單，共有19人與9組織名列榜上，
 
今日俄羅斯報導，新的制裁名單拿俄國軍方高層開鍘，包括俄國國防副部長與其他兩名將官，另外還有俄國議員與烏克蘭東部親俄分子，遭到制裁的還有9個烏東軍事組織。
 
制裁項目包括凍結資產和歐盟旅遊限制，新一波歐盟制裁名單，讓制裁總額來到151人與37所機構或公司。
 
莫斯科聽聞消息後抗議，稱歐盟此舉無疑是和烏克蘭一起加入戰爭，並批評歐盟特別選在當烏克蘭和平出現曙光時，對俄國進行不合理與無限擴大的制裁。俄國駐歐盟代表向記者表示，制裁不但影響俄國輿論看法，更迫使俄國祭出反制裁。（余浚安／綜合外電報導）
