希臘紓困案大日子來到　德財長先唱衰

周一對希臘而言是個大日子，因今日舉行的歐元集團會議是希臘申請延長金援最後期限，但德國財長蕭伯樂（Wolfgang Schaeuble）稍早卻表示，上周末尋求共同點的協商，未能獲得顯著進展，希臘政府與國際債權人歧見仍深，意味歐元集團會議恐怕還是無法就融通希臘債務達成協議，希臘股、債價格應聲重挫。
 
希臘ASE指數今盤中一度大跌4.4%，希臘3年期公債價格3個交易日來首度走跌，與價格呈反向走勢的殖利率則大漲123個基點至17.08%。
 
周一歐元集團會議將對希臘財務前景有重大影響，希臘再3周就會用罄現金，稅收則已大幅減少，國際對該國的紓困計劃將於本月底正式期滿終止。更糟的是，歐銀（European Central Bank）已表示，現有提供給希臘銀行的緊急援助，將與紓困協議掛鉤。因此，若未能達成協議，將使希臘公共財政與原已破碎的銀行體系，雙雙陷入危機。（于倩若／綜合外電報導）
