再追稽查黑心鴨血 中市78家中鏢

台中市衛生局持續稽查黑心鴨血，今天再公布昨天及今天稽查的141家業者，結果有翁記滷味等78家曾購買双鵬問題「水血」。

台中市衛生局持續追查黑心鴨血，昨天下午及今天中午前共稽查141家，其中有78家曾購買双鵬問題鴨血，包括餐飲業64家、販賣業12家及製造業2家，包括小肥牛、翁記滷味、老舅的家鄉味、大滷桶豐原店、老先覺烏日店等。

台中市衛生局指出，有使用双鵬鴨血的餐飲業者皆已主動停止使用，已現場銷毀87.5公斤。

台中市衛生局指出，双鵬鴨血在中市的下游餐飲等業者有400家，台中市衛生局自2月9日至2月16日中午止已出動277人次，已完成稽查351家業者，現場共封存及銷毀達47.285噸。部分業者在稽查時未營業，衛生局將再進一步追查。
