王金平陣營具狀 捨緊急處置抗告權

立法院長王金平的委任律師許英傑，今天到台北地院具狀捨棄緊急處置部分的抗告權，並聲請希望台灣高等法院公開抽籤分案。

王金平日前向台北地院聲請假處分及緊急處置，台北地院13日裁准假處分，但駁回緊急處置聲請，讓王金平以新台幣938萬1210元為相對人（國民黨）供擔保後，在確認黨員資格存在訴訟判決確定前，得繼續行使國民黨黨員權利。

許英傑表示，下午4時將前往台北地院具狀表明捨棄緊急處置部分抗告權，並將轉往台灣高等法遞狀聲請公開抽籤分案。
