機車犁田噴出刀　男出院仍需至警局報到

新北市1名郭姓男子（41歲）今下午3時許，騎乘重型機車經金城路與延吉路口，與1部小貨車發生擦撞，整個人滑入車底，警消獲報趕緊前往救助，所幸郭男送醫後並無生命危險；但警方勘驗時，卻在機車車廂旁赫然發現2把折疊刀，趕緊代為保管。
 
當時小貨車正要自金城路左轉至延吉街，不料後方的郭男卻突然自對向車陣中鑽出，煞車不及摔倒滑入車底，附近民眾一度以為騎士遭輾壓，所幸僅是虛驚一場。但因刀械具有殺傷力，郭男狀況穩定後，仍續到案製作筆錄，依社維法函送新北簡易庭。（黃靖文／新北報導）
