【公庫】遞交派遣惡法保護破傘 公視派繾工提三訴求禁派遣

去年公共電視董事會決議，將派遣工納編為正職員工，不料，6名未納編的派遣工竟遭資遣。勞團與前公視派遣工會，(15)日前往勞動部抗議，要求終結派遣全數納編。

前公視派遣勞工陳盈潔指出，去年公視董事會決議提出「全數納編」，但在今年初卻變成「擇優納編」，他痛批公共電視長期以來，假派遣、真雇用，到最後甚至將派遣工非法解雇，根本是破壞派遣員工的尊嚴與勞動條件。他質疑，董事會授權給部門主管，能提出派遣不適任名單，今年5月六名派遣勞工收到人事通知，以「複試鄰選未通過」為由解雇，他認為這些派遣工在公視服務期間2至7年，若不適任，憑什麼能在公視工作那麼多年?...(完整內容)
